Welcome to Onlywin (hereinafter referred to as “the Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at cfnp.ca. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Player,” “User,” or “you”) and the operator of this Website. By accessing, registering on, or using the Website in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and any services offered therein.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Website, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and promotions, and use of customer support services. Your continued use of the Website following any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.2. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent on-site notice at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, unless changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.
1.3. Language
These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
- “Account” means the registered player account created by you on the Website.
- “Balance” means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time.
- “Bonus Funds” means any promotional credits, free spins winnings, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account.
- “Games” means all casino games, table games, live dealer games, slots, virtual sports, and any other gambling products offered through the Website.
- “KYC” means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required of all players.
- “Player” means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Website.

3. Eligibility & Registration
3.1. Minimum Age
Use of the Website is strictly restricted to individuals who meet the minimum legal gambling age in their province of residence. In the provinces of Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec, the minimum age is 18 years. In all other Canadian provinces and territories, the minimum age is 19 years. You represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. We do not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who do not meet this requirement.
3.2. Geographic Eligibility
The Website is intended for use by residents of Canada. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Website complies with the laws applicable in your province or territory of residence. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion, including in response to changes in applicable law.
3.3. Registration Process
To access Real Money Play, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:
- Full legal name;
- Date of birth;
- Residential address;
- Valid email address;
- Phone number;
- Chosen currency (Canadian Dollar, CAD).
You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
We are required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request and at such other times as we deem necessary. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s licence, or provincial ID card);
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address;
- Proof of Payment Method: Copy of the front of the card (with middle digits obscured) or a screenshot of an e-wallet account used for deposits;
- Source of Funds: Documentation evidencing the lawful origin of funds used for gambling, which may include pay slips, bank statements, or tax documentation, where required.
Until KYC verification is successfully completed, we may place restrictions on your Account, including suspending withdrawals. We reserve the right to close any Account that fails or refuses to complete verification.
3.5. One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Website. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate Accounts are identified, we reserve the right to close the additional Account(s), void any associated winnings, and permanently ban the player. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate Account must contact support immediately at [email protected].
3.6. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.
4. Account Management
4.1. Account Currency
All Accounts are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Currency conversion fees may apply if you attempt to transact in a different currency, and we shall not be liable for any exchange rate losses.
4.2. Inactive Accounts
An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. We reserve the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of up to CAD 10.00 against the Account Balance once the Account is classified as inactive. If the Balance reaches zero, the Account will be archived. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of inactivity fees.
4.3. Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will be forfeited and any remaining real-money Balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms.
4.4. Account Suspension or Closure by Operator
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, at our sole discretion, in the event of:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraud, collusion, or use of third-party software or bots;
- Provision of false or misleading registration information;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
- Activity that, in our reasonable opinion, constitutes a risk to the integrity of the Website;
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
In such cases, we will provide written notice to the email address on file, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or is prohibited by law.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1. Supported Payment Methods

Available payment methods may vary depending on your province of residence and the current technical capabilities of the Website. Not all methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals. Prepaid vouchers (e.g., Paysafecard, Flexepin) are generally available for deposits only.
5.2. Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the payment provider’s processing times. Minimum single deposit: CAD 10.00. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method.
5.3. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
- All applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be met prior to withdrawal;
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations;
- Minimum withdrawal amount: CAD 20.00;
- Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: CAD 10,000.00;
- Maximum withdrawal amount per week: CAD 25,000.00;
- Processing time: withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours; funds typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method.
5.4. Fees
We do not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which we accept no responsibility. Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are borne by the player.
5.5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
All transactions on the Website are monitored in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing obligations. We may, at any time, request additional documentation to verify the source of funds. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to freeze Account Balances pending investigation.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1. General Bonus Terms
From time to time, we may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions (“Promotions”). Each Promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of conflict between specific Promotion terms and these Terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2. Bonus Eligibility
Promotions are available only to eligible players who have a verified Account, meet any applicable minimum deposit requirement, and have opted into the Promotion where required. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions are available once per player, household, IP address, shared computer, or shared payment method.
6.3. Wagering Requirements
Unless a Promotion is expressly stated to be “wagering-free,” all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Standard wagering requirements range from 25x to 50x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer). Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited without compensation.
6.4. Game Contribution Rates
Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting Wagering Requirements:

6.5. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum bet per spin or hand is CAD 5.00, unless the applicable Promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds remain active may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, at our sole discretion.
6.6. Bonus Abuse
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings if we determine, in our reasonable opinion, that a player has engaged in or attempted to engage in bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with any Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting software errors, or engaging in coordinated play.
7. Games & Fair Play
7.1. Game Availability
We offer a variety of Games from licensed third-party software providers. The availability of specific Games may vary by province and is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any Game at any time.
7.2. Random Number Generator (RNG)
All RNG-based Games use certified random number generation technology to ensure that game outcomes are fair, unbiased, and unpredictable. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. Audit certificates may be made available upon reasonable request. Players acknowledge that the return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge information provided for each Game are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.3. Game Rules
Each Game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any Game before playing. We accept no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player’s misunderstanding of Game rules.
7.4. Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a Game round, we reserve the right to void the affected Game round(s) and refund the wager placed for that round to the player’s Account Balance. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. We are not liable for any loss incurred due to a technical failure beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or third-party software errors.
7.5. Prohibited Conduct & Bots
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
- Use of automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to interact with any Game or the Website;
- Collusion with other players or casino employees;
- Use of exploits, bugs, or known software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive practice;
- Reverse engineering or attempting to decompile any part of the Website or Game software;
- Screen-scraping, data-mining, or extracting data from the Website by automated means.
7.6. Live Casino
Live dealer Games are operated by third-party providers and are subject to additional terms imposed by those providers. In the event of a dispute concerning a live dealer Game, video records of the relevant session may be reviewed. The outcome determined from such records shall be final.
8. Tournaments & Lotteries
8.1. Tournament Participation
From time to time, we may operate tournaments, leaderboard competitions, or prize draws (“Events”). Participation in any Event is subject to the specific terms and conditions published for that Event, in addition to these Terms. Event terms will specify eligibility criteria, entry fees (if any), prize structures, tiebreak rules, and the duration of the Event.
8.2. Prize Allocation
Prizes awarded through Events will be credited to the winner’s Account as specified in the applicable Event terms. Cash prizes are typically credited as real-money Balance; non-cash prizes (e.g., free spins, merchandise) are delivered as specified. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any Event due to insufficient participation, technical issues, or regulatory requirements, with a reasonable notice period wherever possible.
8.3. Tiebreaks
In the event of a tie in any tournament leaderboard or competition, the prize allocation will be determined by the tiebreak rules specified in the applicable Event terms. If no tiebreak rule has been specified, tied participants will share the aggregate prize pool for the tied positions equally.
8.4. Lottery & Prize Draws
Any lottery or prize draw operated through the Website will be conducted in compliance with applicable Canadian laws. Odds of winning and the prize pool for each draw will be disclosed in the applicable promotional materials. Draws are conducted using certified random selection methods.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Ownership
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Onlywin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2. Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Website content;
- Modify or create derivative works based on any Website content;
- Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools;
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Website without our express written consent.
9.3. Trademarks
The Onlywin name, logo, and all related marks, names, and slogans are trade marks of the Website operator. You must not use these marks in any manner without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all Games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Website, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
- Loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Website;
- Losses attributable to the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers or software suppliers.
10.3. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, government actions, power outages, or internet service disruptions.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Informal Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Website or these Terms, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and in good faith within fourteen (14) days of receiving a complaint.
11.2. Formal Complaints Process
If your dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to us at [email protected] with the subject line “Formal Complaint.” We will acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days and provide a full written response within thirty (30) days. All formal complaints must include:
- Your full name and Account username;
- A detailed description of the nature of the complaint;
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.);
- The outcome you are seeking.
11.3. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute not resolved through the complaints process above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with competent authority over the matter.
11.4. No Class Actions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve any dispute with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Health & Safety
12.1. General Health Considerations
Extended gaming sessions may cause eye strain, fatigue, or other physical discomforts. We recommend taking regular breaks, maintaining appropriate screen distance, and ensuring adequate lighting when using the Website. If you experience any adverse physical or psychological effects as a result of gambling, you should seek professional advice immediately.
12.2. Mental Health

14.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.3. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Onlywin.
14.4. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
14.5. Communications
By registering an Account, you agree to receive transactional and account-related communications from us via email. For promotional communications, you may opt in or out via your Account settings or by contacting [email protected].
